Role Responsibilities

·Work closely with the marketing department to plan and implement sales activities to enhance the brand image every two months, increase the market share of our company's products in KA/CVS.
·Coordinate with sales team leaders (in each city of the Southeast region) to forecast the quarterly sales of KA more accurately.
·Track the outcomes of sales activities of KA and analyze the input-output ratio.
Have regular meetings with regional managers or communicate well to quickly solve the problems affecting business development.
·Regularly explore the demands of key chain institutions in the Southeast region, and actively develop new potential high-quality KA and CVS.
·Travel to client locations for measuring promotion results as needed.
Investigating sales activities from competitors and develop effective sales activities.

Qualifications

·Full-time bachelor’s degree or above.
·More than 3 years of sales and marketing development experience in the FMCG industry.
Working experience in wine or beer industry is preferred and team management experience is required.
·Team player with excellent business development skills, strong persuasion skills, and client maintenance skills.
·Excellent data-driven planning ability to make accurate judgments on market changes and sales data forecasting.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work tasks.
·Comfortable in a fast-paced and multi-tasked environment, and get things done quickly while maintaining high standards.
·Proficiency in office software(Excel, Word, PowerPoint),certain ability of English-listening,speaking,reading,and writing.
