Senior Digital Brand Manager

Beam Suntory International is reinforcing the Digital Marketing teams to help execute Digital Commerce strategy across our markets in the International region.
The Digital Marketing Manager role, specifically, will play a critical leadership role in ensuring excellence and consistency in execution of Full Funnel Digital Commerce within the market. The Manager will be expected to partner closely with:
- Global and Regional Digital Marketing – to ensure alignment and pull through of global best practices
- Global and Local Brand Managers – to support touchpoint prioritization, media strategy, and digital ecosystem plans through application of best practices
- eCommerce teams – to support customer-specific content needs and ensure join-up with digital ecosystem strategies
- Off-Trade/On-Trade Region Commercial Marketing– to foster an omnichannel strategy through digital ecosystem extensions
This role will play an active consult role in annual and ongoing brand planning efforts, bringing an expert Digital/Media voice to decision-making. He/she will need to stay current with digital/media trends and landscape, updating key stakeholders in the market on shifts in best practices and enabling agility to respond to new opportunities. The position will also oversee project work aimed at supporting and executing digital plans in market, and will be responsible for helping upskill Digital/Media capabilities in the region.
Role Responsibilities
- Implement Full Funnel framework to support brands within the markets, ensuring Digital touchpoints are leveraged across various marketing/media tactics
- Build digital plan during Growth and Brand Planning process
- Drive media efficiencies in the market through following global/regional frameworks and playbooks and supporting brands with local media plans and agency relationships
- Implement Global Digital Marketing best practices and programs (e-content, website, CRM, Search/traffic, and social media, etc.) and ensure consistency across brands
- Lead briefing sessions with local digital agency
- Implement tracking for digital campaigns, support with analysis, reports and data sharing
- Establish strong working relationships with eCommerce teams to facilitate the effective join-up of eCommerce and digital consumer ecosystem tactics (seamless Marketing & Sales partnership)
- Provide education (training and upskilling) and act as subject expert for market Off/On-Trade and Advocacy teams to understand digital needs
- Manage digital assets; Identify and develop brand-focused local digital asset needs, including new & modified global brand assets, where needed, including upload to approved digital assets library tools
- Lead and execute local non-brand-specific relevant programs, e.g. CRM/ Social Media/ Website
- Identify and Implement 1Party data capture and ensure it follows applicable Data Privacy legal requirements
- Single Point of Contact for Regional and Global Digital Marketing teams. Follow PDCA methodology to feedback improvement opportunities to Global/Regional programs and best practices
Qualifications & Experience
- Great depth of knowledge/familiarity with and passion for the Digital platform and media landscape
- Understanding of broader media strategy discipline, including touchpoint mix/prioritization, buying efficiency, effectiveness in execution, and agency relationships
- Broad knowledge of digital marketing (SEM, Paid Social, Mobile, Display), offline marketing (TV & OOH) and CRM (email, push notification, web push and customer segmentation). Organizational / critical thinking skills to recommend and manage through new Digital/Media processes, in response to needs/opportunities of the business
- Expert in use of social tools to establish and measure KPIs and ensure continuous reporting on progress and optimization of regional key initiatives
- Experience in the area of production and e-Content management
- Hands-on and takes ownership, ability to flex in response to evolving business priorities and operate under pressure in a fast-paced business environment
- Self-starter, comfortable working in unstructured environment and conflict resolution, able to manage multiple priorities effortlessly
- Proactive way of working and ability to work remotely and independently from stakeholders and colleagues in a matrix organization.
