The Brand Manager Eastern Europe & CIS is an exciting opportunity to drive the success of our premium spirits portfolio across Eastern Europe.
Blending strategic and operational leadership of a portfolio of Suntory Global Spirits brands, you will work to achieve defined Marketing- as well as agreed volume, net sales, profit, and growth objectives.
Role Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of long-term growth strategies for the defined brands aligned with the company vision and defined objectives and targets.
- Development, implementation and tracking of the annual Brand Plans and Activity Grid
- Agency Management and coordination focus on BTL supported by ATL
- Building, implementation and tracking of consumer and brand activations.
- Setting and driving brand presence and visibility across key channels
- Management and Control of the annual Marketing Budget
- Definition and tracking of brand KPIs.
- Close cooperation with Suntory partners in selected markets
- Cross functional working with key departments to achieve annual targets and objectives (Commercial Team, Brand Houses, International Team, Finance, Supply Chain,)
- Leading and coaching marketing/trade team on distributor side
- Playing Brand Ambassador role to build full understanding and passion behind Suntory Global Spirits brands on distributor side.
- Close cooperation with Business Development Manager
Qualifications
- Min 2 years of Brand/Trade Marketing experience in an international FMCG company with cross country scope, preferably in Spirits
- Degree qualified with focus on Marketing or related subjects
- Proven track record in managing a Masterbrand with multiple categories or a portfolio of brands.
- Proven experience in the areas of BTL and ATL
- Ability to understand sales fundamentals and interest to develop close Marketing/sales relationship to achieve business goals.
- Knowledge of on-trade and off trade is a plus.
