Role Responsibilities

  • Develop growth and brand plans that allow sustainable and fast growth by growing brand depletions as well as brand equity.
  • Introduce appealing brand story and consistently execute in market, utilizing scalable channels and relevant touchpoints.
  • Build and execute relevant & engaging media campaign to build reach amongst premium category drinkers and drive brand relevancy & consideration.
  • Establish relevant influential on trade cooperation and advocacy programs to support consumer recommendation and premium perception.
  • Build outstanding visibility at relevant POP (Discounters, HM & SS)
  • Ensure brand core values are adequately communicated in the market.
  • Make sure all the strategic thinking and plans are aligned with market reality
  • Permanently liaise with Global Marketing teams to ensure aligned communication with brand global and regional brand strategy including innovation.
  • Make use of analytics and latest market trends to react appropriately to new opportunities.
  • Definition and tracking of brand KPIs.
  • Market data monthly analysis; Volume, Value, Distribution & Pricing.
  • Management and Control of the annual Marketing Budget
  • Leading and coaching marketing team on distributor side

Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s degree with focus Marketing or related subjects
  • Years of experience- 3-5 years of consumer marketing experience
  • Proven experience in the areas of media planning, BTL, PR, Social- and Digital media
  • Ability to understand sales fundamentals and interest to develop close Marketing/Sales relationship to achieve business goals.
  • Knowledge of on-trade is a plus.
  • Industry experience- Preferred
  • Collaboration with Regional or Global Teams
  • P&L and financial acumen
  • High level of English & Polish
  • Travel %- 30%
