Role Responsibilities

Report Preparation and Review

  • Prepare, coordinate and generate monthly sales reporting i.e.  Monthly reports, KPI input, Product applications, Inventory report, competitive activity, budget reports, pricing reports and Sales  reports.


General Administration and Coordination

  • SAP management – create SAP campaigns, create Purchase Orders (PO’s) and tracking
  • Support Sales Team with distribution of sell sheets, kits, value adds, tasting notes for events, printing tasting mats, updating price list & product portfolio, organizing POS, order menus and printouts.
  • Build & update monthly Distribution Tracker & Sales Decks
  • Coordination of licensee & special events & availability to do sampling events/work trade shows
  • Support Field Marketing Manager with BW reports, marketing summary calendar, displays and value ads, shelf-talkers, & LTOs
  • General administration – coordinating visits, hotel bookings, travel arrangements, ordering lunches, tracking sick days and vacation days, administrative support for the sales team
  • Creation of excel spreadsheets, detailed PowerPoint Presentations & general office facilitation between Field Marketing Manager, Sales Representatives, & Regional Sales Manager.
  • Responsible for warehouse maintenance & organization including sending monthly value add approvals (requisitions) to Container World & ADL


Qualifications & Experience


  • Post-Secondary Education in Business Admin or Office Administrator Training with combined experience in an admin support role
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a related industry or field
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point. 
  • Working knowledge of SAP and EZ Focus is an asset
  • Must have proven Sales Support experience, in an independent role with minimal supervision and taken initiative in a complex environment
  • Must demonstrate a proven track record in delivering results, strong attention to detail, analytical abilities, and be self-motivated.
