People Solutions Lead  

 

The following position is open in Jalisco, Mexico.

Under general supervision, administer HR programs and policies including, onboarding, offboarding staffing, compensation, benefits, relocation, visa processing, employee relations and training and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

 

Role Responsibilities

 

Under general supervision, administer HR programs and policies including, onboarding, offboarding staffing, compensation, benefits, relocation, visa processing, employee relations and training and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Perform data validations to identify inaccurate data and coordinates with HRIS to address clean-up as needed.

Act as a regional resource as part of the Global People Solutions team, however, has a primary focus on geographical client group located in Mexico

Support and collaborate with HRM, HRIS and other Centre of Excellence Teams in ensuring all local HR programs and policies are executed according to Company policies, SOPs, local regulations, and support of one global way of working.

Support the People Solutions Manager and process owners to implement People Solutions strategies, objectives, roadmaps, and tools that are in alignment with functional strategy and goals.

Under general supervision, manage basic to moderately complex People Solutions projects for the Mexico region as assigned, including developing the work plan, timeline, coordinating team meetings, communications, testing, SOP development, and training.

Partner with HR process owners to facilitate definition of business requirements and communicate requirements to HRIS or technical vendors for implementation.

Support the development of business cases by providing budget estimations and capturing business benefits.

Participate in process improvement efforts for the HR function with the goal of increasing overall efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience.

Provide functional SuccessFactors support for assigned geographical client group, answering questions about the application, following up on reported issues and ensuring timely and reliable response. Escalate to HRIS as needed to address SF technical support needs and engage other technical support (Benefits, Ceridian, etc.) as needed to ensure timely user support of assigned client group.

Maintain knowledge of current industry thinking and trends, and regularly communicate ideas and recommendations.

 

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related subjects.

Native Spanish (is a must) and fluent in English

At least 5 year of experience administering employee data using Success Factors or a similar HRIS system

At least 5-7 years of experience in an HR Generalist role

Experience leading HR projects/ initiatives that require planning the work, collaboration with team members to solve obstacles and complete the work, testing, communication, and training execution.

Desired: Experience creating complex reports from HRIS systems
