Role Responsibilities

Role Mission

  1. Develop selling strategies with detailed promotion tactics to achieve target.
  2. Control promotional expense budget (selling costs) and analyze the effectiveness of promotional activities and events.
  3. Lead a team of 10 members in NKA channel. (CVS, Hypermarket and Supermarket)

Responsibilities/ Outcomes

  1. Achieve growth and deliver commercial targets by effective trade strategy.
  2. Utilize shopper insights and customer needs to demonstrate assortment of markets.
  3. Rebuild the calling step, negotiation ability to team and ensure the execution standard.
  4. Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
  5. Implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure the strong presence.
  6. Manage and control promotion activities for different customer segment.
  7. Collaborate closely with Trade Marketing and field team with to engage clients more deeply.
  8. Quality analysis of measurement and evaluation.
  9. Lead team to develop new customers/accounts to seek more business opportunities. 

Qualifications

  1. At least 8-10 years of sales experience in Spirits/FMCG industries is highly preferred.
  2. Proven track records in successfully leading a sales team to achieve team target.
  3. Strong leadership and coaching ability and excellent communications skills.
  4. Passionate, proactive, result driven and ability to work at a fast pace.
  5. Chinese and English proficiency
