Role Mission

  1. Create and implement trade strategies and plan. He/She is responsible for achieving assigned sales target.
  2. Build and develop healthy and sustainable relationships with customers in North area.
  3. Lead the team to develop store visit plan to ensure sales execution.
  4. Provide timely feedback/insight from customers to develop effective trade plan.
  5. Develop, inspire and retain team member according to company procedures.

Responsibilities / Outcomes

  1. Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
  2. Implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
  3. Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
  4. Manage and control promotion activities for different customer segment.
  5. Work with internal departments such as Marketing teams to engage clients more deeply

​​​​Experience & Qualifications

  1. At least 5 years of sales experience in Spirits/FMCG industries is highly preferred
  2. BS/MS degree, MBA is a plus.
  3. Proven track records in successfully leading a sales team to achieve sales target
  4. Strong leadership skills and excellent communications skills
  5. Passionate, proactive, result driven and ability to work at a fast pace
  6. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
