The KAM's role is to lead the relationship with one of the GTR team's most strategically important regions in order to increase market share, accelerate profitability and drive brand visibility aligned to Beam Suntory's commercial & corporate mission.

To achieve this, we require a highly motivated candidate with fantastic interpersonal skills, able to build collaborative relationships in order to succeed in this hugely influential area of our business.  

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead the management of your customer relationships, maximising opportunities for the joint benefit of Beam Suntory & our customers:
  • Preparation and execution of GTR strategy to deliver executional & financial performance goals for the region
  • Create & implement Joint Business plans with your region to achieve the objectives of both Beam Suntory & the customer
  • Undertake regular account analysis & continuously monitor performance (such as P&L metrics, forecast accuracy, competitor awareness) with appropriate planning and interventions to ensure achievement of company goals
  • Deliver on RSVP3 goals annually (Range, Space, Visibility, Price, Promotion & Persuasion) at Account & store level
  • Lead the strategy & agenda on Brand Ambassador efficiency & optimisation across all markets to deliver brilliant execution
  • Commercially astute in effective negotiation, with a value-added approach to sales & strong problem-solving skills
  • Understand market dynamics, market trends and competitor activity and utilize this information to develop plans that assist in Beam Suntory winning in the marketplace
  • Develop a strong customer contact strategy and deploy this to maximum effect, supported by internal cross functional stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal customer team to ensure regional strategy is aligned to the overall customer approach, with opportunities for local differentiation
  • Act as the champion for your customer internally and develop strong relationships with key internal colleagues ensuring a proactive approach to delivering success


  • Ideally 6 Yrs+ FMCG experience
  • Strong commercial acumen & financial understanding
