Business Project Manager  

 

 

What makes this a great opportunity?

  • The Business Project Manager is responsible for leading projects to improve business process for each function in Taiwan.
  • The Business Project Manager also has a responsibility to support the IT Business Relationship Management (BRM) strategies, priorities, and activities for Taiwan and to ensure technical solutions are properly aligned with the Global IT strategy and plan.

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Communicate with all business areas of Beam Suntory Taiwan to understand business well and identify process issues and area of improvement.
  • Collaborate with Global IT department for any solution delivery to improve business process.
  • Coordinate with IT project manager. (e.g. progress management)
  • Maintain project documentation locally and monitor the budget spending
  • Lead change management, communication and user testing in IT implementation.
  • Ensure adoption of new processes and solutions after implementation.
  • Drive continuous improvement and process improvement.
  • Align service and solution offerings with business strategies, goals, and objectives

 

Qualifications & Experience

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree or educational equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position/role
  • Experience in a multi-national project management role (preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience
  • Good command of English (verbal, reading, and writing)
  • PMP certification and knowledge of programming languages like SQL and VBA is a plus
