Role Responsibilities

Lead the strategic development and delivery of annual brand plans, of which reflecting global strategy, brand DNA and guideline to life, seizing opportunities to grow the brand in agile and innovative ways with a can-do mindset. Optimizing brand investment and use brand plan prototypes to guide the investment decisions of markets, ensuring marketing spend effectiveness
Develop and manage Communication Plan. Fully managing brand communication in markets to be best in class and globally consistent
Ensure brand consistency across executions in partnership with trade marketing team, to ensure in alignment with global brand identity
Manage external agencies to ensure on-time, on-budget and on-brand, strategic delivery of project plans
Measure and evaluate activities impact and effectiveness. Use results to drive future programming decisions
Work cross-functionally across Marketing team (local and regional), trade marketing team, Sales, Legal, global business service, and External partners

Qualifications

BA degree or above
Minimum 3 years of brand marketing experience, preferably in FMCG industry
Good level of English
Strong analytical skills to review and recommend implication for managing brands for short and long term
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with cross function.
Independent, ability to work well under pressure, positive thinking and open-minded for the teamwork
