Role Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing plans to deliver business result
- Manage brand P&L and annual A&P budget
- Collaborate with regional team to lead new product launch
- Responsible for market data and consumer research analysis to anticipate competition and market trends
- Formulate effective IMC strategy and planning to achieve brand communication objective
- Lead agency partners to ensure ATL & BTL implementations and constantly strive for better result
- Mange brand social medias (Facebook / Instagram / LINE) to deliver better effectiveness for enhancing business result
- Collaborate with trade marketing team to activate trade promotion activities

Qualifications

- BA degree or above
- Minimum 3 years of brand marketing experience, preferably in beverage or FMCG industry
- Good command of English, both in written and spoken
- Proficiency in Japanese would be a plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Experienced in ATL (AD/PR/Event/Digital experience) & BTL communication development
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Independent, agile, ability to work under pressure, positive thinking and open-minded for the teamwork
- Passionate about spirits category or Ready-To-Drink products
