Role Responsibilities

Project Planning:
•    Ownership of preparing and ensuring timely, accurate and relevant Fulfillment updates flow into critical cross-functional project reports (e.g. SKU successions, NPD) that are already established and being used by cross-functional teams to govern the end-to-end inventory transition project.
•    Ensuring the SKU transition plans are accurately reflected in the monthly shipment forecast submission to our overseas Operating Units (OUs). The Transition Planner will have overarching responsibility for the input accuracy and submission of these reports for both markets and will work closely with the Supply Analysts and co-manufacturing partners in both AU and NZ in their development.
•    Establish a robust Fulfillment led meeting cadence structure with all relevant internal and external stakeholders that facilitates the flow of information and data to and from all parties to ensure there is alignment on all parts of the inventory transition plan, with clear handover points and owners of each part of the plan.
•    Communicate relevant parts of the transition plan to Supply teams that will allow them to build any requirements into their inventory budgets and projections.

Project Execution:
•    Be the Fulfilment lead in the execution of these plans with all partners (local and global) working closely with wide range of stakeholders (e.g. OUs, Logistics teams, CCEP, SBFO) in existing cadences (e.g. S&OE, Inbound Delivered On Time). Set up any new cadences to manage the process as required to ensure successful monitoring and execution.
•    Build a cadence and lead collaborate with both CCEP and SBFO to ensure all POs (CFG and Bulk) and placed in accordance with the transition plan and timelines.
•    Work closely with both Supply and Customer Service teams to review and maintain all open POs in SAP to ensure they remain aligned to the transition plan.
•    Initiate and lead Fulfillment updates and collaboration with internal Commercialisation teams, and both CCEP and SBFO, in reviewing and executing the transition plans. Build redundancy and contingency into the plan that allows revisions as/when requirements change and ensure these changes flow back to all relevant stakeholders.
•    Lead the coordination of any physical movement of inventory from CCEP into SBFO with the relevant supply and logistics teams at contract end.

Project Governance:
•    Take responsibility for Fulfillment transition milestone delivery via establishing and maintaining critical cadences and reports to manage essential tasks to deadlines while also having a mechanism that proactively identifies, documents, reports and manages risk within the project.
•    Establish a meeting cadence and detailed report to track Fulfillment performance to plan, ensuing updates flow to relevant meetings and stakeholders. Ensure mechanism is set up to monitor and identify when performance needs course-correcting. Clearly articulate what has changed from prior cycle updates and impacts of these changes and any updates to recommendations (if relevant)
•    Actively identify problem SKUs e.g. SLOBs and report to the project team with outlook risk and recommendations to mitigate the risk.
•    Maintain a database to capture and report all costs associated with the transition project.
