Customer Service Coordinator  

 

Mission

 

  • As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of customer orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Through your organisational and relationship building skills, you will deliver excellent end-to-end customer service, engaging effectively with both internal and external customers.  
  • To achieve this you will be enthusiastic, adaptable and customer focused; your excellent communication skills will drive and deliver first class customer service in a fast paced, changing environment. 
  • You will have a value added approach to customer service and be driven to deliver success in this critical role.
