Role Responsibilities

System strategy & Road map

  • Define Asia Strategy for Analytics & systems supporting analytics  in collaboration & alignment with the global teams
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders & ensure the Asia S&OP team is aware of the global and local projects with regular updates
  • Proactively engage with the Asia S&OP team to propose system solutions that will enable process maturity & drive efficiency

 

Global analytics roll out & Governance process

  • Lead global S&OP Analytics roll out with the support of the COE team across Asia (project management critical)
  • Manage global governance process for Asia ( prepare proper documentation, engage with user for validation, drive discussion with COE team)
  • Ensure smooth deployment of enhancement focusing on communication, planning, resources & engagement with the COE team & IT

 

Business intelligence/ Data analytics

  • Leading business intelligence activities that encompass S&OP Process, including and not limited to in-market sales analytics & forecasting, financial forecasting, inventory management
  • Provide fact base analysis & data insight, in collaboration with cross-functions to drive actions & decisions leading to improved KPIs in execution of our road map & business plan

 

Deploy best practices

  • Work with COE team & other Markets to constantly understand how they leverage on systems and if there are best practices that could be deployed in Asia
  • Share Asia best practices with other regions & COE team
  • Build users awareness of system capabilities to develop their expertise and efficiency to constantly better leverage on the tool

 

Improvement plan

  • Leveraging business metrics, KPIs and insights from Global S&OP CoE/BPO regarding best practices and external benchmarks to define improvement opportunities.  Support the development of the business case required for project approval, which will include IT and resource investments.

  • ERP/ SAP-IBP / S&OP proficiency

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor in Engineering, systems or data analytics
  • At least 10 years' experience with IBP, SAP, APO and analytics reporting
  • Strong project management skills with ability to define & drive road maps
  • Good understanding of Business Process Improvement & governance process
  • Experience in engaging with IT to drive projects

 

Language

  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking countries an added advantage

 

Mobility

  • Up to 20% Asia/ international travel
