Role Responsibilities

• Meeting / liaising with team (Beam Suntory Global Travel Retail Marketing) to discuss the business objectives and requirements for the project.
• Thinking creatively to produce new ideas, activations and concepts that stand out in store, grow foot traffic and the category.
• Develop 3D designs for new projects.
• Estimating the time required to complete the project and feed back to team.
• Develop design layouts for complex projects using Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools.
• Present design ideas and discuss with team for feedback and revisions as required.
• Working with a range of materials and media, including CAD to fulfil projects.
• Working in conjunction with Marketing Services Manager take 3D design CAD forwards to full production technical specification, ready for build projects.
• Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches and working layouts ready for team discussion.
• Working as part of a team to achieve end goals of Beam Suntory.

Qualifications

• Experience in 3D Retail Design.
• Track record of working at agency or matrix structures
• Demonstrated ability to strategically manage internal or external clients and provide exceptional customer service and results
• Outstanding communication skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues
• Deep experience working with CAD design Packages
• Deep experience of Adobe design packages, Illustrator, In design and Photoshop
• Creativity and innovation
• Time management
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines
• Experience in the alcoholic beverages industry, and/or
• Experience with premium and luxury goods
• While entry is open to non-graduates with experience, preference will be given to those with relevant qualifications/certifications in 3D Rendering CAD, General design packages and art working. A basic knowledge of retail construction would also be of benefit but not essential.
