The Talent Acquisiti on Partner (TAP) drives and executes the Talent Acquisiti on strategy across Beam Suntory.The TAP is viewed as a trusted partner, advisor and consultant to all hiring leaders and is deeply embedded inthe business he/she supports. The TA Partner has a solid understanding of their respecti ve client groups,team dynamics and talent acquisiti on needs. The TAP is responsible for developing and executi ng directsourcing strategies to att ract, recruit top talent by leveraging digital tools; engaging referrals and professionalcommuniti es to build a diverse pool of candidates. The TAP will also advise business leadership on DE&I,market trends and best practi ces in recruiti ng to opti mize hiring strategies, scale best practi ces in talentacquisiti on, drive process improvements and deliver on key initi ati ves. They will be a driver of constant andimpactf ul change and be excellent at strategic thinking coupled with tacti cal implementati on

 

Role Responsibilities

Own and drive the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for your dedicated client groups
Build and manage relati onships with internal stakeholders and business leaders to understandrecruiti ng prioriti es and to fi ll criti cal hiring needs in a ti mely manner.
Build and leverage external relati onships with technical/diversity/professional associati ons, to helpshape sourcing strategy and develop future talent pipelines.
Champion diversity and culture in all aspects of the hiring process from building recruitment strategiesto att ract diverse talent, and formulati on of interview panels as well as candidate experience.
Leverage data driven metrics and analysis to solve recruiti ng challenges and defi ne success, translati ngmetrics data into usable insights for stakeholders
Foster a culture of excellence with deep recruiti ng subject matt er experti se, strong business acumen,and a focus on innovati on and scalable soluti ons
Leverage SuccessFactors to track candidate progress through funnel and keep consistently clean datafor reporti ng
Eff ecti vely leverage social media tools in alignment with Beam Suntory’s Social Media and BrandingStrategy.
Own TA projects that move our functi on forward around technology, sourcing, DEI and managementdevelopment.

Qualifications & Experience

ou have a minimum of Six years or more of total relevant experience
You are fl exible, adaptable and you persevere as deliverables and prioriti es change.
You have excellent interpersonal and infl uencing skills, a commercial mindset, as well as strong clientservice and relati onship management skills. You are hands on in fi lling requisiti ons, while you alsothink strategically and commercially.
Strong interpersonal savvy and self-awareness with strong writt en and verbal communicati on skills
Undergraduate degree in business, human resources or equivalent professional experience preferred
Strong ability to work with diff erent stakeholders in East-Meet-West cult
