Role Responsibilities

  • Own 3Y Suntory Global Spirits China digital transformation strategy aligned with the local leadership team, global digital capability team and key brand stakeholders.
  • Partner with brand team to develop comprehensive digital strategies and investment plan for priority brands. Support in setting up KPI ecosystem and  campaign performance metrics.
  • Work closely with E-Commerce team to ensure capability shift with strong focus on Social Commerce, CRM. Co-own performance and sales KPI of the share workstreams.
  • Champion brand CRM strategy, setting up acquisition targets and developing engagement/conversion strategies. Continuously improve and tailor data management system for the business objectives.
  • Champion data analysis and provide pro-active recommendation for optimization of Digital and E-commerce strategies.
  • Create center of excellence via raising awareness of emerging technologies, digital trends and tools, platforms, benchmarks, competitive activities, as well as creating a culture of test & learn to develop best practices for further scale-up.
  • Build the relationship with external partners, ensuring the right external capabilities, vendors and partnerships are working effectively on implementing the Suntory Global Spirits China digital strategy.
  • Lead and mentor team of digital marketing professionals, fostering culture of collaboration, creativity and innovation.

Qualifications

Education:  BS/MS  degree qualification or equivalent.

  • Strategic thinking and problem solving
  • Empathy and discovery with proximity to consumer insight
  • Excellent analytical skills and mastery in using platforms’ analytical tools
  • Knowledge of UX design and development
  • KPI framework setting
