The Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) drives and executes the Talent Acquisition strategy across Beam Suntory. The TAP is viewed as a trusted partner, advisor and consultant to all hiring leaders and is deeply embedded in the business he/she supports.  The TA Partner has a solid understanding of their respective client groups, team dynamics and talent acquisition needs. The TAP is responsible for developing and executing direct sourcing strategies to attract, recruit top talent by leveraging digital tools; engaging referrals and professional communities to build a diverse pool of candidates.  The TAP will also advise business leadership on DE&I, market trends and best practices in recruiting to optimize hiring strategies, scale best practices in talent acquisition, drive process improvements and deliver on key initiatives. They will be a driver of constant and impactful change and be excellent at strategic thinking coupled with tactical implementation.

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for your dedicated client groups
  • Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and business leaders to understand recruiting priorities and to fill critical hiring needs in a timely manner.
  • Build and leverage external relationships with technical/diversity/professional associations, to help shape sourcing strategy and develop future talent pipelines.
  • Champion diversity and culture in all aspects of the hiring process from building recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent, and formulation of interview panels as well as candidate experience.
  • Leverage data driven metrics and analysis to solve recruiting challenges and define success, translating metrics data into usable insights for stakeholders
  • Foster a culture of excellence with deep recruiting subject matter expertise, strong business acumen, and a focus on innovation and scalable solutions
  • Leverage SuccessFactors to track candidate progress through funnel and keep consistently clean data for reporting
  • Effectively leverage social media tools in alignment with Beam Suntory’s Social Media and Branding Strategy.
  • Own TA projects that move our function forward around technology, sourcing, DEI and management development.

Qualifications & Experience

  • You have a minimum of Six years or more of total relevant experience
  • You are flexible, adaptable and you persevere as deliverables and priorities change.
  • You have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, a commercial mindset, as well as strong client service and relationship management skills. You are hands on in filling requisitions, while you also think strategically and commercially.
  • Strong interpersonal savvy and self-awareness with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Undergraduate degree in business, human resources or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • Strong ability to work with different stakeholders in East-Meet-West culturally diverse environments
