Role Responsibilities

1. Assist head of nation trade marketing in implementation of channel and brand strategies, plans and activities

2.Work with the Regional team and National Commercial Team in planning and implementing local promotional activities and initiatives to meet specific market needs

3.Coordinate with in-field and respective Brand teams in national key contract outlets merchandising and image design

4.Consolidation of sales and marketing report; Trade Marketing expense planning, management and controlling

5.Overall in-charge of ordering, production, forecasting, distribution and control of POP/POI materials

6.Drive purchasing activities for products managed nationally

7.Responible for national promoter team management

Qualifications

  1. At least 8-12 year of trade marketing/brand marketing experience from consumer goods industry with a proven track record in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Strong strategic capabilities (strategic planning, portfolio strategy, consumer interaction efficiency).
  3. Strong experience in building brands and market (brand platform development, consumer insights, ATL developments Inc. TVC, agency management)
  4. Master P&L and brand financials.
  5. Strong experience in people management. Communication and leadership confirmed capability.
