Role Responsibilities

  • Achieve the company's budget(NSV & VOL) for JB brand
  • Development and implementation of 1Y JB RTD brand plan & 3Y growth plan, aligned to global ambition and in strong collaboration with Global Brand House and Asia Bourbon House.
  • Channel strategy & pricing strategy development and execution
  • To construct successful model Jim Beam portfolio between FBS & RTD in China market.     
  • Continuously achieving brand innovation and vitality
  • Develop and execute marketing activities to maintain brand exposure and visibility
  • Provide consolidated and structured feedback from markets to global teams on strategic needs and key activity/initiatives
  • Management on JB RTD NSV & BI.

Qualifications

Education:  Bachelor degree qualification or above

Knowledge & Experience: Minimum 3+ years experience of brand Marketing in FMCG industry

 (Priority in beverage & Alc industry)
