What makes this a great opportunity?

To develop, implement and evaluate overall marketing strategy and investment plan in order to build brand equities, build sustainable business, deliver against budgeted sales, profit, market share and other key brand health indicators within the category / segment.

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop portfolio and brand strategies and investment plan for strategic pillars to develop brand equities and achieve sustainable growth of BSI business in China.
  • Work closely with Brand Houses, especially for PBMC brands and prepare business plans, strategy briefs, budgets, and forecasts base on the global strategy and align with GBH.
  • Develop an annual marketing calendar that will facilitate the achievement of business targets and monitor delivery against objectives.
  • Partner with agencies, briefing the strategy and direction, setting KPIs and evaluate the performance with the team.
  • Develop the WoW and mechanism to monitor and evaluate ROI and the effectiveness of marketing activities and the efficiency of partners, procedures and systems, making recommendations and implementing improvements as appropriate.
  • Lead and develop the marketing capabilities and maintain and enhance professional skills including (digital marketing, consumer insights, media planning, CRM program) in the Marketing team and sustain highly motivated engaged team which can respect BSI culture to work as one team and harmonize with key stakeholders.
  • Achieve executional excellence by providing the right occasion, high quality drinking serves, pricing with right communication and education to target consumers.
  • Ensure all the activities of the marketing group comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards.

Mentoring team member with industry knowledge and experience.

 

Qualifications & Experience

Education:                                             Relevant degree qualification or equivalent.

 

Knowledge & Experience:               

  • Full experience in brand marketing (prestige, premium and standard price positioning) execution and business plan development in spirits and FMCG categories.
  • Good experience to capture undiscovered consumer insights and lead into innovation project to introduce a new to the world brand or product
  • Good experience in leading and engage at least middle size team (5-10 people)
  • Good experience to understand the Brand P&L and business model planning, KPI settings and ROI calculation for investment
  • Good experience and understanding of China market, AlcoBev market landscape, channel structure, industry players, and basic regulations and ethical codes
  • Understanding of China digital market landscape and key platforms and market dynamism
  • Good experience for partnering with agencies and give briefing, setting KPIs and evaluate performance
  • BSI WoW for marketing activities
