  • Lead development and implementation of 3Y growth plan and annual brand plan for China, aligned to global ambition and in strong collaboration with Global Brand House and Asia Brand House team.
  • Champion channel strategy & pricing strategy development and execution
  • Deliver upon brand performance KPIs: net sales, gross profit, brand health. Adjust brand strategy and activation plan in response to volatile environment
  • To construct successful model Jim Beam portfolio in China market. To change consumer`s demand from Premium Beer to Highball to expand Highball Flagship Lighthouse in restaurant.
  • Adapt, develop & deploy global creative strategy, including owning communication strategy development for China market, as well as delivery of market-specific assets to build equity in line with the global brand DNA. Ensure activation guideline development for different channels/regions
  • Provide consolidated and structured feedback from markets to global teams on strategic needs and key activity/initiatives
  • Localize global toolkits, guidelines and promotions into locally applicable campaigns as appropriate, ensure compliance with all key marketing mandatories including visual identity.
  • Manage the NSV, BI. Capex
 

Qualifications & Experience

Education:  Bachelor degree qualification or above

Knowledge & Experience: Minimum 5+ years experience of brand Marketing in FMCG industry

 (Priority in beverage & Alc industry)

  • Fluent English skill
  • Understanding China`s regulation and law in alc beverage.
