Role Responsibilities

  • To develop Highball marketing strategy in order to deliver against budgeted sales and accounts, profit and Premium beer brand and market.
  • To increase the Brand awareness and recommend that JB & Kaku-bin highball is the new drinking style with meal to use media, event, promotion and seminar.
  • To change consumer`s demand from Premium Beer to Highball to expand Highball Flagship Lighthouse in restaurant and to create Home consumption
  • To create infrastructure of highball to customize each materials for China market and China`s regulation. (Chinese name, Chinese label. key visual, POSM and Mug.)
  • To construct successful model of Highball in China market. (How  to serve high quality Highball, method of development in restaurants and supporting method for consumer)
  • To ensure proper servicing and documentation is in place for the Highball machine deployment at On premise channel
  • To manage Highball machine under required specs & budget and to adjust with customers situation. Manage Highball machines accounts to serve high quality highball for consumers.
  • To create new promotion method to accelerate increasing home consumption of whisky, and High ball style.
  • Use industry data and conduct consumer survey to understand the market and to build reports and presentations as required. Initiate Highball research with support from Asia and International insights team.
  • Help translate global toolkits, guidelines and promotions into locally applicable campaigns as appropriate, ensure compliance with all key marketing mandatories including visual identity.
  • Manage the NSV, BI. Capex

Qualifications

Relevant degree qualification or equivalent

Minimum5-7years experience of Marketing

  • Self-motivated collaborative leader who listens actively and can influence strong willed commercial leaders
  • Experience of Brand Planning and Promotional Strategy
  • Understands and can utilize Consumer Insights
  • Understands principles and importance of Category Management
  • Effective communication skills & presenter to senior management - can convey core messages succinctly
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and awareness / ability to operate across a variety of different cultures
  • Self-driven, results oriented, pragmatic, with a flexible and positive “can do” approach to challenges and difficulties.
  • PDCA management skill
  • English skill
