Role Responsibilities
- Must perform the Quality controls described for the position, resolving any problems that may arise and escalateto the next level any incidents that have not been resolved.
- Must maintain the area clean according to 5S procedures as well as performing the AM tasks defined for theposition and area.
- Must be responsible for starting, operating and shutting down machinery.
- Must always work on continuous improvement to solve problems and improve the performance of the machineasigned and the process or line in general.
- Must participate together with the team in the actions derived from TRACC such as Near Misses report,Improvement Ideas as well as the resolution of the same.Must to follow health and safety regulations.
- Concern for order and keeping the work area clean.
- Concern for the quality of processes and products.
- Results oriented.
- Analytical thinking, problem solving oriented.
- Ability to cope with routine work, as well as to organize tasks without the constant presence of a supervisor.
- Must follow established procedures.
- Must work both alone and in a team.
- Must use tools.
- Must use laboratory equipment for process analysis.
- Must perform autonomous maintenance (inspection and lubrication) of machinery.
Qualifications
- Medium/higher level training module or preferably in electricity or electromechanics.
- 2-3 years of experience bottling lines or food industry
- Basic mechanical/electrical/pneumatic knowledge to work with machinery.
- Hygiene training for food handlers
- Basic training on occupational hazards
- Basic training on good manufacturing and handling practices
- Basic training on good environmental practices
