The Sales Representative’s mission will be to achieve and/or exceed planned territory/provincial objectives by budget and volume through personal contact at Off trade & On Trade level.

This position is a 18-month contract and a great opportunity to get your feet wet in the bev alcohol industry! Although contract, you will feel like part of the family!

Role Responsibilities

•    Responsible for calling on National Key Accounts, Regional Key Accounts, Private Retail and On-Trade to achieve incremental orders and promote Beam Suntory brands.
•    Consistent and constant pre-planning and review of territory coverage
•    Aggressive for incremental orders to maximize territory results 
•    Maximize display and merchandising opportunities
•    Know features and benefits of our brands as well as competitor brands
•    Develop and maintain overall beverage alcohol knowledge
•    Recognize competitive activity and assess opportunity for the company
•    Preparation and timely submission of required reports
•    Manage budgets to maximize effectiveness
•    Executing retail samplings and events
•    Ensure all account information is up to date

Qualifications

•    Diploma or Degree in Business/Commerce preferred
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook 
•    Must have valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
•    Candidate must be physically able to lift 16-18kgs on a regular basis
•    Minimum of 2 years previously related sales experience – CPG preferred
