The Sales Representative’s mission will be to achieve and/or exceed planned territory/provincial objectives by budget and volume through personal contact at Off trade & On Trade level.
Role Responsibilities
- Responsible for calling on National Key Accounts, Regional Key Accounts, Private Retail and On-Trade to achieve incremental orders and promote Beam Suntory brands.
- Consistent and constant pre-planning and review of territory coverage
- Aggressive for incremental orders to maximize territory results
- Maximize display and merchandising opportunities
- Know features and benefits of our brands as well as competitor brands
- Develop and maintain overall beverage alcohol knowledge
- Recognize competitive activity and assess opportunity for the company
- Preparation and timely submission of required reports
- Manage budgets to maximize effectiveness
- Executing retail samplings and events
- Ensure all account information is up to date
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business/Commerce preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Must have valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Candidate must be physically able to lift 16-18kgs on a regular basis
- Minimum of 2 years previously related sales experience – CPG preferred
