Role Responsibilities

- Act as the ‘business owner’ for the eCommerce channel, possessing a complete understanding (inclusive of the strategic context) of internal and external variables that impact your eBusiness
- Develop eRetailer engagement & strategy plans for Pure Players (Amazon, eSpecialists) as well as Bricks & Clicks
- Build winning eJBP’s with key eRetailer's
- Manage Amazon BRA as Key Account Manager. Prepare, negotiate and successfully close joint business plans. Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure availability and develop optimal fulfillment processes
- Collaborate with other functions internally to mutually grow the business with local online retailers such as Amazon BRA
- Collaborate with Offline retailer Key Account team to ensure high quality listings, continuous availability and activation for Bricks & Clicks customers
- Deliver against eRetail commercial KPI’s (e.g. GM%, market share, distribution, etc.)
- Work with wider team on creating connected shopper journey solutions and campaigns
- Act as consultant for eCommerce channel and provide support/guidance for other functions
- Ensure perfect digital shelf across all eRetailer’s in collaboration with the central eCommerce team
- Drive improvements in search ranking and taxonomy in collaboration with the central eCommerce team
- Develop ratings and reviews strategy in collaboration with the central eCommerce team
- Forecast near and mid-term sales across the portfolio to ensure availability
- Maintain close connection with eCommerce central and local teams to share best practices


Success Criteria:

- Achieve eCommerce growth plan for Brazil, (over)delivering NSV, GM% and OI of the agreed P&L
- Drive Beam Suntory’s eCommerce sales growth above our competitors' and our categories' trends
- Enable new consumers to discover Beam Suntory’s spirits through deep analytics and insights
- Grow overall online market share of Beam Suntory products above category trend
- Leverage online presence to extend our retail footprint
- Ensure online retail profitability is above our Off- and On-Trade profitability


Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant FMCG/CPG experience in eRetail sales, key account management, customer/shopper marketing, and/or business management/consulting with a proven track record of negotiations and delivering results
- Experience in retail annual negotiations (ideally Amazon), pricing and promotion, inventory management
- Advanced experience with Excel, or other analytical/Business Intelligence tools
- Highly polished communication skills - speaking, writing, presenting and negotiating
- A willingness to roll up sleeves to get things done 
- Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Professional proficiency in English


Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to operate simultaneously and effectively in both tactical and strategic modes
- Commercial focus and able to work toward mutually agreed KPIs
- Strong understanding of financial KPIs – data-driven mindset combined with high emotional intelligence
- Experience launching a new country, or working in a start-up or early stage environment where you had to define best practice for your function
