Role Responsibilities
The HR Generalist is the face of HR in Brazil, reporting directly to our HR México & LATAM, dotted line to our People Solutions Lead to support our employees and HR agenda in Brazil. The role will appeal to someone who is looking for end-to-end local ownership of the employee lifecycle. This role is for covering a temporary position for 8 months.
Is responsable for employee relations, HRBP roles, and Operations and Administration. Working with a matrix team.
- Build strong relationships with all employees
- Initiate and present people and culture topics at townhalls, conferences and other key employee touch points
- Organize Company Townhalls, proof positive, DEI and external employer branding events
- Develop cultural, wellbeing and engagement initiatives in response to the business needs to ensure we maintain our Great Place to Work certification leveraging Regional and Global assets
- Interpret available data and identify potential interventions to continuously improve the workplace and employee experience.
- Challenging the status-quo and further improving our HR processes, procedures, and services
- Directly manage employees completing country specific HR administration/programs, ensure new starters are well managed.
- Contract/policy and procedure consultation, interpretation, and administration.
- Execute and manage local operations in country which could include and is not limited to:
- Monthly payroll and payroll reconciliation
- Health and safety Management
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in as HR Generlist, HRBP, HR executive, preferably with experience working independently
- Working proficiency in English
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and respective country employment legislation
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience working with HR Systems - SuccessFactors is preferred
- Appreciation of what is takes to be effective in an international Matrix environment
