Role Responsibilities


1.    Sales and Revenue Growth:
      - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and increase market share.
      - Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the region.
      - Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to ensure goals are met or exceeded.

 

2.    Client Relationship Management:
     - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
     - Serve as the main point of contact for clients within the region, addressing their needs and concerns.
     - Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for the company.

 

3.    Team Management:
      - Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals within the region.
      - Set performance objectives, conduct regular evaluations, and provide feedback and training to improve team performance.
      - Foster a positive and motivating work environment.

 

4.    Market Analysis and Strategy:
      - Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
      - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop region-specific campaigns and promotions.
      - Provide input on product development and pricing strategies based on regional market insights.

 

5.    Budget and Financial Management:
      - Manage the regional sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
      - Monitor and report on financial performance, including sales forecasts, profit margins, and expense management.
      - Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.

 

Qualifications


- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or commercial management, preferably within the spirits industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing regional sales teams.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Ability to travel within the region as required.
