What makes this a great opportunity?

National Events Manager will play a crucial role in creating and executing memorable experiences that elevate the brand’s presence in the spirits industry. This role involves managing all aspects of event planning,
execution, and evaluation, ensuring that events align with the company’s marketing strategies and business objectives.

Role Responsibilities

Event Strategy and Planning:
• Develop an annual calendar of events, including trade shows, consumer experiences, product launches, sponsorships,
and brand activations.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and brand teams to define event objectives, target audiences, and success metrics.
• Research and propose innovative event concepts to enhance the brand’s image and engagement.


Event Execution:
• Plan and coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor management, permits, staffing, and
technical requirements.
• Negotiate contracts with venues, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure cost efficiency while maintaining highquality
standards.
• Ensure seamless on-site execution, including overseeing setup, event flow, and breakdown.


Brand Representation:
• Ensure brand consistency in all aspects of the event, from design and messaging to guest experience.
• Act as a brand ambassador, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry professionals.
Budget Management:
• Develop and manage event budgets, tracking expenses to ensure adherence to financial goals.
• Provide post-event reports with insights on ROI and areas for improvement.


Team Collaboration:
• Lead cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver successful events.
• Train and oversee temporary event staff, including brand ambassadors and bartenders, to deliver exceptional guest
experiences.


Market Trends and Innovation:
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging event technologies.
• Integrate sustainable practices and innovative approaches to create impactful events.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in event management, preferably in the spirits or luxury industries.
• Proven track record of planning and executing events that drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
