Role Responsibilities

 

The Key Accounts Manager is responsible for managing Suntory sales and commercial relationships with the main global Key Accounts, such as Carrefour, Casino and Sams, and some regional Key Accounts.

- Develop the Joint Business Plan with all the main Global Key Accounts (Pão de Açúcar, Carrefour, Wal Mart)
- Manage sales and execution of brands in stores.
- Develop new channels such as Cash & Carry and regional key accounts
- Ensure pricing and portfolio strategies are being followed and executed correctly
- Develop plans to improve brand presence and distribution across key global accounts
- Manage commercial allowance and budget

 

Qualifications

 

Qualifications and Experience
- University degree
- At least 5 years in commercial roles, with experience in managing key accounts, such as Carrefour and WallMart
- Experience with consumer goods, preferably beverages
- Understanding of tracking tools and good analytical skills (Nielsen, Scantrack)
- High-level negotiation skills, with a win-win approach and a focus on building long-term relationships
- Practical approach, focused on delivering results
- Good understanding of brand building and trade marketing
- Focus on execution and sell out, with a constant presence with customers and visits to stores
- Flexibility to find new solutions that guarantee good execution and achievement of objectives
- Understanding of customers and the company's P&L, able to evaluate financial returns on plans and contracts
- Good networking in the main key account chains
