Role Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for developing South of Brazil area, all channels: distributors, regional supermarket chains and on trade
  • Manage relationship with key partners and develop a Joint Business Plan
  • Strategize and implement distribution plans, monitor healthy inventory levels and design sales incentives/actions to delivery results
  • Analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement and work towards enhancing overall distribution efficiency in the region
  • Ensure pricing and portfolio strategies are being followed and correctly executed
  • Develop plans to improve brand's presence with a brilliant execution
  • Manage investments in order to grow the business in a profitable way
  • Achieve main targets: Net Sales (Sell In), Sell out, distribution/coverage, customer´s inventory (DOH), Forecast Accuracy

Qualifications

 

  • Position Based in Curitiba/ Florianopolis
  • Education: Business Administration or related degrees;
  • Excellent knowledge in supermarket regional chains, distributors and Off/On-premise customers in the south region;
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, data-driven and problem-solving skills are crucial for this position;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with distributors management;
  • Experience: Consumer Goods, preferably beverages
