Key Account Manager  


The following position is open in São PauloBrazil.


What makes this a great opportunity?

The Key Account manager is responsible for managing the sales and the commercial relationship of BSB with all global Key Accounts, such as Carrefour, Casino and Wal Mart, and some key regional Key Accounts. 


Role Responsibilities

- Develop the Joint Business Plan with all major Global Key Accounts (Pao de Açucar, Carrefour, Wal Mart)

- Manage sales and execution of brands at the stores. 

- Develop new channels, such as Cash & Carry and regional key accounts

- Ensure pricing and portfolio strategies are being followed and correctly executed

- Develop plans to improve brand's presence and distribution at main global accounts

- Manage trade allowance and budget

- Coordinate with marketing team to develop plans and actions to improve brand awareness and sell out


Qualifications & Experience

- College Degree

- At least 15 years at commercial roles, with experience managing key accounts, such as Carrefour and Wal Mart

- Experience with consumer goods, preferably beverages

- Understanding of tracking tools and good analytical skills (Nielsen, Scantrack)

- High level negotiations skills, with a win-win appraoch and a focus on building long-term relations

- Hands-on approach, focused on delivering results

- Good understanding of brand building and trade marketing

- Focus on execution and sell out, with constant presence at customers and in-store visits

- Flexibility to find new solutions to ensure good execution and meeting objectives

- Deep understanding of customers and company's P&L, capable of evaluating financial returns on plans and contracts

- Good networking on main key account chains
