FP&A Coordinator S&CA  

Mission

This role will support the Central and South America Sales management and Finance support teams to grow the business profitably and drive continuous business improvement by being the key business partner for business unit sales management as well as finance leadership. The FP&A coordinator will provide business analytics support, and develop a keen understanding and knowledge of local market specific business dynamics, drivers and nuances for all countries within the business unit.

Brazil Own RTM is launched in July 2019, so, we are in the process of building the analysis, the reports, the knowledge among the teams. This position is key to deliver OTIF all these process and guide the team to take better decisions.

The FP&A coordinator will be owner of budget, LE, MMF, MIR process and on top of it, will be the key point of contact to analyse COGS and BI expenses.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Finance or Business Administration.  MBA a plus.
• At least 5 years of commercial finance and/or finance business partnering.
• Ability to extract, manipulate, mine, and analyze data for key insights.
• Ability to conceptualize and think creatively. Hand on profile.
• Strong analytical, Excel, and computer skills a must.
• Strong communication and personal skills required. Develop and maintain cross functional and key working relationships within the organization.
• Advanced or fluent English will be a must
