The following position is open in Rio de JaneiroBrazil.

  • To get BS team and also customers engagement in the plans and incentives, making them to be a transformation tool that really moves the engine
  • To develop clear processes and routines for the sales area that really generate efficiency for BS


Role Responsibilities

  • To understand direct and indirect channel customer needs in order to develop incentives and Pay by Performance Plans that really engage them to achieve the targets
  • To develop incentives to BS team that help to over reach targets Manage plans and incentive in order to get a positve ROI
  • To help to stablish and monitor, through tools, routines and processes for the sales area, such as visit planning, Persuasive Selling Presentation


Qualifications & Experience

  • Education- Business Administration
  • Certifications/Licensure- Business Management or similar
  • Years of experience- 2-3 years of experience
  • Level of experience- Junior
  • Industry experience- Consumer Goods
