Working within the Brand Home, representing one of Scotland’s most unique Single Malts, you will have the unique opportunity to promote Laphroaig visitors and industry colleagues from all over the world. This post will involve being responsible for administration duties required for the operation of the brand home, as well as supporting the front-facing customer environment as required

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint  
  • Excellent oral and written skills and able to deliver presentations to a wide and varied audience.  
  • Proven ability to work on own initiative and to build and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders  
  • Strong drive and desire to succeed with high levels of energy, focus and ambition  
  • Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment

KEY RELATIONSHIPS: QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • VC Manager and Assistant Manager, VC assistants.  
  • Visitor Centre Operations and Development Manager, Brand Experience Manager, Trade Visitor Programme Coordinator, Internal and External Stakeholders including, other distilleries and Distillery Visitor Centre teams, brand marketing, TVPs, tour operators, Beam Suntory HR and Finance, amongst others

 

Qualifications & Experience

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS: QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • 2 years admin experience   
  • Previous experience within the hospitality, retail and/or tourism sector is desirable   
  • Current Driving License  
  • Personal Licence holder (training will be provided) 
  • Elementary Food Hygiene (training will be provided) 
  • Good working knowledge of all Microsoft programs
