Role Responsibilities

OBJECTIVES:

  1. Leading our Premium Spirits brands within the portfolio for the newly formed Beam Suntory, France – across the full range of products and activities
    • Leading Premium Spirits brands. Participating and supporting the business in the development, implementation and tracking of annual brand plans.
    • Lead Annual and Growth Planning Process
    • Collaborate in essential Brand Experience Platform Work with Global Brand House. Lead process, own and drive successful outcomes.
    • Development, implementation and tracking of consumer-oriented brand activations in an omni-channel environment (Retail, On trade, Digital)
    • Management and control of annual marketing budgets
    • Definition and tracking of brand KPIs, including Nielsen and GfK Data performance tracking
    • Agency management and coordination for Creative, Media, Social/Digital, PR, BTL, non-premise
    • Cross functional alignment with key departments including Commercial, Finance and Supply Chain to achieve annual targets and objectives
    • Stakeholder management within a matrix structure
    • Lead preparation and implementation of new product launches and annual limited editions

 

Qualifications & Experience

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • FMCG Category, Shopper, Brand and/or Customer marketing expertise required (5 years min), spirits or prestige categories preferred
  • FMCG Customer Account Sales Management highly desired (2 years min)
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects, additional experience in working in matrix organization preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of different continuous data sources
  • Strong P&L and commercial marketing skills
  • Experience in managing a set of brands with a structured approach
  • Digitally competent and high interest in consumer and category trends
  • Demonstrated personal characteristics to be self-starter, flexible and highly intrinsically
  • Proven team player with strong collaborative approach - to lead, build, drive and inspire

 

 Additional qualifications desired:

  • International Experience desirable
  • Experience of prestige or luxury sector desirable
  • Strong business acumen and analytical
