Inventory Coordinator

The following position is open in Île-de-France, France.

We're creating our new business in France and we're seeking for motivated talent with starter mindset to help us set up solid bases for a thriving business with great growth ambitions. The main goals for this Management and availability of our inventory - Materials, Work in Progress (WIP) & Finished Good

Role Responsibilities

•Work with Daily / Monthly Warehouse Inventory Reports

•3PL daily stock check report

•Follow loss and damages occurrence, investigation, report and action plan implementation

•Yearly Warehouse stock checks (with Warehouse Management Team)

•E2E Inventory Projection reports

•Manage imports

•Manage space capacity

•Ensure minimal out of stock

•Ensure correct stock levels by SKU

•Ensure eAD on time closing.

Qualifications & Experience

•Understands the different reasons for keeping stock and the purpose of Stock Keeping Units (SKUs)

•Understands the different levels and units of measure used in Inventory Management

•Understands the different classes of inventory - raw materials, WIP, FG, Stock-In-Transit (SIT), damaged and Slow and Obsolete (SLOB’s)

•Understand that inventory has cost implications

•Understands the concept and purpose of safety stock (SS)

•Understands the techniques used to ensure high level of inventory record accuracy (IRA)– inventory audits and cycle counts
