Customer Service Coordinator

The main goals for this Customer Service Coordinator are processing of customer orders accurately and to agreed timelines. To act as one point of contact for customers providing an outstanding level of customer service. Work cross functionally to achieve world class supply chain with best systems and processes.




Role Responsibilities

Act as key point of contact for all internal and external customers
To effectively manage relationships with customers by ensuring regular dialogue and conducting reviews with Key Account for off trade and on trade channels where applicable, assisting them to resolve issues locally.
Interpret demand from forecasts & orders, understanding trends in the market place, and liaise with planning department to generate required production.

· Control and management of customer complaints, using group process and tools available.

Provide accurate order status and delay reasons for weekly operations review
Manage Order to cash process 


Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of 2 years experience in a Customer Service role
Knowledge and understanding of market documentation requirements
Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service through the whole supply chain.
Highly PC literate and able to use business systems effectively
Works well within a team and under pressure of deadlines
Able to work pro-actively and on own initiative
Good understanding of business systems e.g. SAP, EDI, Compliant Pro, Salesforce
