Role Responsibilities

  • Responsible for an Integrated strategic production plan for the 4 month to 2-year production window that connects the tactical window, along with all data pulls, analytics & insights, including delivery of the OU Supply Reviews & GSR escalations.
  • Responsible for OU Supply Reviews, inclusive of building the plan, providing new supply/demand balance insights and mitigating recommendations.  Responsible to conduct, facilitate and steer the OUSRs for maximum results.   
  • Responsible for the transition of the strategic plan to MPS planner, Integration & transition of the strategic plan into 13-week plan setting tactical guideposts for the MPS planner.  
  • Accountable for the planning of seasonal builds, customer builds or allocation execution; reviewing the plan & processes for quality outputs. 
  • Accountable for supporting Bulk Liquid and Co-Man planning, along with materials, & scenario analysis on brands and skus to support trade-off analysis, also supporting annual contracts. 
  • Responsible during the innovation process (S2S), bringing a holistic capacity view & supporting analysis to identify gaps/mitigation steps.  Representing as an informed voice during compression & trade off discussions that can identify conflicting workstreams or issues.
  • Accountable to provide the 2-year RCCP plan that supports the transition to the strategic plan and then connecting to the 12-year  plan to ensure we have a standard integrated approach and capacity link between plans.
  • Accountable to be the planning interface for all liquid allocated brands to ensure the decisions can be executed in a way that allows for a balanced and successful result for the supply chain and our customers. 
  • Accountable to partner with the Brand Houses and support the strategic vision & executional needs with real time understanding of the interconnectivity of an Integrated RCCP plan allowing scenarios to be modeled and supply chain commitments to be data informed for the best success of  Brand House BI & innovation plans. 
  • Provide Life Cycle SKU analysis through the 5-steps S&OP process on low volume and under performing brands (and difficult to source, supply or manufacture brands).  
  • Responsible for Engagements with the regional S&OP leads and the commercial teams on execution strategies & results.  Providing scenarios, analysis and reconciliation of SKU program performance (VAPs, LTOs) and push through executional follow up on lagging programs.  
  • Working with the commercial team to drive sell through or identify E&O early in the process with complete transparency. 
  • Must drive Scenario analysis related to all supply v demand imbalances analytics supporting the Operating Units, Brand Houses and other cross-functional teams.  
  • Must support the Continuous Improvement and operational results of identified KPIs with supporting analytics that allow visibility and insights to root cause drivers.   
  • Actively lead problem solving and process improvement within the planning team & OU to operational results and support the True North KPI’s.
  • Actively work to coaching MPS planners & conducting process/health checks to ensure conformance to plans.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of demonstrated operational performance in Supply Planning for manufacturing plants with significant volume and SKU complexity
  • Experience with SAP ECC , SAP APO and SAP IBP
  • Strong knowledge in Supply Planning best practices and proven application of these practices
  • Demonstrated performance in leading Supply Planning continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated focus on team goals vs individual accomplishments – “we over me”
