Senior Manager, Global RGM Strategy

What makes this a great opportunity?

  • Develop the Global Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategic approach to RGM implementation, through building the Global Revenue Management processes, policies, tools and systems. Ensuring we have the tools for the job and the right level of capability in the regions and brand houses.
  • To increase visibility from Gross-to-Net, promotional effectiveness, mix to strengthen revenue realization of the business in order to generate fuel to fund continued investments in the brands.
  • Leading the Global RGM efforts to drive the RGM training agenda of the business. This will require the incumbent of this role to set the framework, agenda and drive revenue management capability building across the business.
  • Assessment of quick wins and opportunities across PBMCs and brands, both short and long term.

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Review and assess regional commercial & global marketing capability maturity and gaps and determine size of prize in the short and long term for PBMCs
  • Utilize the global playbook to support building RGM capabilities across the Global  marketing organization & regionally.
  • Trade Investment and Revenue Growth Execution; Identification of specific, measurable opportunities and scenarios to increase revenue realization through application of mix modeling and associated strategies.
  • Establish Global list price principles and policies, across brands and currencies.
  • Define RTM principles for distributor allowances/discounts Recommend trade terms principles for Ecommerce. Establish global principles for efficiencies e.g. logistics on inv, full loads etc
  • Influence global TPM & PAPER
  • Coordinate the feedback to Brand house pricing strategy on promotional effectiveness. Which promotions are working for channels, depth, frequency and optimal timing.
  • Set Global RGM policies ensuring aligned with brand house & regions

 

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills effectively manage & manipulate large amounts of data across multiple currencies to create actionable & commercial insights
  • Ability to dissect and analyze large volumes of data to extract key challenges & develop suggestions for improvement.
  • Ability to partner with key personnel across Marketing, Commercial & Finance functions
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and also as part of a wider team
  • Gravitas to influence the organization effectively and educate the International business on all revenue management levers
  • Ability to work in a complex matrix environment, collaborating and working remotely with the business units, the functional teams and global teams.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with an advanced knowledge of the MS Office
  • Cultural awareness & good interpersonal skills.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA University degree- BS/BA or equivalent
  • 1-3 years as a senior RGM Manager in a FMCG or CPG environment
  • Strong Power point Presentation experience (including preparation and delivery)
  • Proficiency with Windows and MS Office including advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Strong language skills fluent in written & spoken English.
