Senior Brand Manager - Courvoisier

With an ambition to accelerate global brand equity and penetration, this crucial role provides a global market perspective to support the long-term brand strategy, plans, and innovation strategy for brands within Courvoisier house. The successful individual will work with senior stakeholders across the business ensuring consistent brand vision across markets/channels. They will ensure that all activity and brand related components of the marketing business plan is managed against budgets and the P&L remains strong. The successful individual will be the marketing interface with a view to fostering exceptional working relationships which in turn must ensure the successful management of the brand and delivery against the brand plans.

 

Role Responsibilities

  • As Senior Brand Manager – Courvoisier. you will work closely with the Senior Marketing Director in leading the creation of assets based on the creative platform and in line with the brand’s communication, touchpoint strategy and market needs
  • Working closely with markets, you will align local Growth Plans to our global ambition, delivering annual global programmes that deliver superior results
  • You will lead the development of core activations to be deployed across markets to engage our consumers in new and differentiated ways
  • You will support and co-lead the development of assets for On Premise and Off Premise and ensure the brand stays unique and differentiated in the eyes of consumers and customers and thus maintains its brand perception
  • You will lead the activation agencies’ work, from briefing to execution
  • You will be an expert at influencing and engaging stakeholders, drawing on extensive in-market experience
  • Manage the relationship with and delivery of the agencies involved with the projects and relative marketing spend

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8+ years in super premium wines and spirits or luxury lifestyle brands (hospitality, apparel, beauty etc).  
  • Experience in global roles, global markets and global brands.
  • Proven experience in managing multi-dimensional projects with multiple inputs and outputs in Spirits or other consumer-led categories
  • Track record of cross-functional team leadership and generating motivation/enthusiasm for innovations and other projects
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural, cross functional organisation
  • Empathetic people skills spanning many nationalities and differing attitudes
