Role Responsibilities


In your role as Global Manager, Websites you will be part of our success by:

  • Leading cross-functional, cross agency team(s) responsible for the development, deployment and ongoing management of BSI’s consumer facing websites
  • Co-development and roll out of a governance model, processes and ways of working with the aim of deploying websites effectively and efficiently in a complex organization
  • Continuously liaise with Global brand and regional teams to maintain an up-to-date understanding of their branding/ commercial needs and adapting our approach to websites. Act as a consultant as well as a challenger on website activation plans and investment levels
  • Manage the execution of the global website strategy, including co-ordination of marketing, IT, and agency resources to deliver the global templates infrastructure and roll out to all major websites over time
  • Lead the content management team(s) that support over 50+ brand websites
    • Define intake process
    • Supervise sprints including agile prioritization of activity
    • Ensure content updates are made according to target service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Lead functionality updates (e.g. product finder, share with a friend) to the global website platform
  • Develop website learning agenda, including data driven consumer experience (CX), user experience (UX) and content optimizations
  • Act as a subject matter expert and participate in training the rest of the organization develop their knowledge of the website landscape and process

Track website effectiveness, benchmark costs and develop standard performance reports (GA360) to be delivered to Global and regional stakeholders


Qualifications & Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with a consumer products company, marketing agency, publisher or technology firm
  • Prior experience managing websites across multiple brands and/or geographies
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of the digital ecosystem and role of the website in the consumer journey
  • Must understand fundamentals of CMS systems and how to publish websites
  • Track record of managing people/teams to deliver high quality results
  • Demonstrated ability to manage internal or external clients and provide exceptional customer service and results
  • Must be a ‘bridge builder’ with the ability to collaborate with technical and marketing teams in and outside of our business
  • Deep experience working with or for marketing agencies with a strong understanding of required resources and costs to execute initiatives


  • Experience in the alcoholic beverages industry, and/or
  • Experience with premium and luxury goods


Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Advertising, Marketing or related field




This role is global in nature and involves working with BSIs offices around the world. As a result:

  • 10-25% international travel is expected
  • Frequent meetings will occur outside of core work areas. Best efforts will be made to schedule meetings within core work hours of all attendees, but this is not always possible.
