As the Manager of Prestige Channel Marketing, you will be responsible for implementing the prestige strategy across the organization, guiding our organizational shift from brands to sell, to stories to tell. Reporting directly to the Channel Marketing Director of Prestige, you will play a pivotal role in creating demand and driving commercial growth for our Prestige brands, while refining our go-to-market approach via our outlet standards in the Prestige Channel.

Leveraging your expertise in marketing and commercial sales in the On Premise, you will work closely with the Prestige commercial sales team, and our cross-functional counterparts (Prestige marketing, prestige commercial marketing, field marketing and ambassadors) to bring the Prestige strategy to life in select markets and support the total luxury channel.

Role Responsibilities

  • Own the Prestige Outlet Standards, and work closely with in-market teams to bring these to life in the Prestige Channel
  • Lead monthly Prestige sessions to facilitate Recap/Best practice sharing to inform future activations and 6P standards
  • Track Prestige team KPIs and reporting, and share with cross-functional partners as needed
  • Monitor and analyze the commercial results in the Prestige and Total Luxury Channel, supporting the on premise team to increase our mix of Ultra Premium+ sales within Prestige and Luxury accounts, while delivering on GDP goals
  • Liaise with Prestige brand teams to drive the development & refinement of Prestige Activation Playbooks
  • Liaise with On Premise Strategic Accounts & Channel Marketing team, to deliver programming in line with needs of key strategic accounts partners
  • Be a self-starter who can work independently while maintaining attention to detail to deliver consistent, high-quality documented results

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience across marketing and/or field sales roles within the alcoholic beverages industry or related consumer goods industries
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful channel marketing strategies that drive business growth and market expansion
  • Understanding of the alcoholic beverages market, including key distribution channels, market dynamics, and emerging trends
  • Ability to synthesize data and insights into simplified execution strategy
  • Experience operating in a matrix organization and the ability to interact, engage and influence sales, finance, central marketing teams, and external partners (e.g. Distributors and agency partners).
  • Travel up to 15% of time
  • Strong presentation and communication – written and verbal – skills
  • Cross-functional marketing experience and skillset such as brand, trade marketing and/or channel a plus.

Salary Range - The salary range for this role, based in New York  is $115,000-125,000k, along with an annual bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. The salary range is commensurate with the candidate’s location, experience, and skillset. The range will vary if outside of this location.
