Role Responsibilities

  • Setting the vision and strategy and providing thought leadership on digital content for Beam Suntory’s entire global brand portfolio.
  • Institute a content development process and standards that raise the bar on digital engagement & demand generation
  • Manage all aspects of the content value chain from creative development and production to testing and scaling for all of Beam Suntory’s consumer-facing digital engagement & demand generation channels
  • Establishing world-class digital content capabilities and building teams responsible for the global management of:
    • Social media
    • CRM
    • Websites
    • Digital assets (PIM/DAM)
    • Content Studio
    • Experiential
  • Creating a highly creative, agile, and responsive content team that delivers industry-leading digital engagement and demand generation across our global brand portfolio
  • Develop and inspire team members to push creative boundaries and explore new data-driven  content initiatives that produce high impact results
  • Create a culture obsessed with continuously monitoring, analyzing, and tuning messaging to maximize engagement and conversion

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • A digital marketer who is obsessed with building teams and processes to set up a best-in-class social media and digital content team
  • A performance marketing expert with ten years of experience in online publishing or content marketing or fast-paced consumer marketing
  • A strong leader experienced in managing large internal teams and influencing change through others in a matrixed, global organization           
  • Global experience - developing and deploying social/digital campaigns and content for multiple cultures and languages - preferred
