What makes this a great opportunity?

This role will be responsible for overall orchestration and project management of the multiple cross-functional workstreams that will deliver BSI’s Digital Commerce vision and strategy. BSI’s digital transformation is an ambitious multi-year (’21-’25), multi-million-dollar, business wide change management program effort that actively involves and impacts every aspect of our value chain. TMO is the nucleus of this enormous effort. The TMO leader will tightly coordinate and monitor workstreams led by various functions (including HR, Finance Planning, Sales, Marketing, Insights, IT, Control, Procurement), regions, markets, and external technology and consulting partners.


The ELT aspires for Digital Commerce to be the exemplar of change management at BSI and will be actively engaged in this transformation.


Solid-line reporting into strategy and dotted-line to VP Digital Products and Experience. Their primary responsibility is orchestrating the delivery of Digital Commerce ’21-’25 roadmap.


Role Responsibilities

Communications and stakeholder management

  • Facilitate weekly meetings with Digital Commerce teams to review status and mitigate risks for implementation through
  • This high visibility role is tasked with convening the following governance fora:
    • Digital Commerce Leadership Team (DLCT) – monthly calls, quarterly meetings
    • ELT – quarterly Digital Commerce performance reviews


  • Apply critical thinking and relevant project management methodologies to perform root cause analysis and drive action plans for resolutions and intended outcomes
  • Perform strategic and data analysis to offer business insights for senior leadership in decision-making


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-7 years of experience with a strong project management background in a similar role.
  • Prior consulting or significant project management experience in large scale global organizations is essential
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred (not mandatory)
  • Expert communications, including in-person and virtual meeting facilitation
  • Proficient with MS Office – MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint in particular
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and achieve cross-divisional alignment
  • Results-oriented, adept in conflict resolution, skilled at prioritization and change management
  • Able to work autonomously and be comfortable with ambiguity
  • Able to effectively work in a highly matrixed organization, handling competing priorities and connecting the dots across
  • Ability to drive the agenda, influence, persuasive
  • Strong conceptual and process thinking
  • Ability to adapt to changes.
  • Prefer internal candidates with a proven track record in – (a) successfully delivering complex cross-functional projects; and (b) effortlessly navigating the organization
