Role Responsibilities

  • Support the Global Commercial Excellence Officer and his teams in developing strategic plans for the RTCE.
  • Along with Global Commercial Excellence team prepare Route to Consumer Excellence Council agenda quarterly, driven by a Discuss-Decide-Act mandate focused on the three pillars of RTCE.  1) Commercial Excellence 2) Prestige 3) Advocacy
  • Work with the Regions to ensure key RTCE initiatives and council outcomes are subsequently scoped and implemented
  • Ongoing development of RTCE council agenda and ELT progress reports in collaboration with Global Commercial Excellence Officer
  • Work with cross functional teams to understand the commercial priorities/objectives and drivers and to assess potential operational related risks. 
  • Lead analysis and project management for major strategic initiatives in the other pillars, including regional growth strategies, channel structuring, innovations, resource optimization and market prioritization, key prestige cities.
  • Assist in global integration of annual strategic planning process, focused on 3-year plan cycle

              

  • Monitor industry and competitive trends to identify new opportunities in order to accelerate growth and to flag areas of potential risk that require mitigation
  • Preparation of key presentations to senior management, Corporate or SHD

KEY RELATIONSHIPS:

  • Internal:  Brand House MD and brand teams; Brand House Finance; Corporate strategy team; Regional Strategy teams; commercial teams; Operations. Regional Sales Teams, RTCE leadership team.

  • External:  Consulting Firms

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in a corporate environment

  • Experience working with a variety of senior leaders

  • International experience is preferred, but not essential

  • Consulting experience will be an advantage

  • Specific commercial experience in spirits or branded consumer products businesses

 

Salary Range

The salary range for this role is a base salary of $140,000 - $160,000 along with an annual bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. Salary range is commensurate with candidate's location, experience and skillset
