Purpose of Role:

 

This position is Responsible for maintaining and growing On-Premise permit rooms accounts in competitve terrain of mumbai.Build & drive profitable volume & brand mix growth in compliance with Beam code, local laws and regulations. Increase brand presence and trials of relevant and strategically important brands. Maintain & forge  alliances and tie ups along with set up systems and processes for smooth and better execution of on-premise accounts.Timely submissions & release of market claims.

  • Managing a team,liasoning with DBs &  lubricating effective execution & distribution

Role Specific Competencies:

  • Knowledge of and experience in the beverage alcohol industry (trade, excise laws & distribution) will be preferred
  • Has a sound knowledge and understanding of customers business
  • Can present the key features of brands to Key Customers i:e GM’s, F&B Directors and other key stake holders
  • An individual with high energy and enthusiasm
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, extremely well groomed and sophisticated
  • Should have the ability to service large potential accounts, identify each stakeholder within the organization and grow the account significantly in revenue and product range
  • Motivated & ensures On-Premise activity calendar is executed timely

Qualifications & Experience:

 

  • Graduate/MBA with 5-7 yrs experience in Beverages/Alco bev/ fmcg industry,
  • Handson experience of distributor & distribution management.
  • Knowhow of mumbai market will be added advantage
