Mission of Role

Customize the commercial marketing plans for the customers in the Prestige City of Mumbai, Pune.  Ensure the 6P’s (Product Assortment, Price, Placement, Promotion, Point of Sales Materials and People (advocacy) execution and tracking at the stores, proposing corrective actions to achieve the customer development team goals.

Role Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and facilitates the execution of all the commercial marketing initiatives in Mumbai for the on and off premise customers.
  • Actively participates in the JBP’s and MOU’s agreement with key customers to ensure the inclusion of the brand and commercial marketing plans into all joint customers plans.  
  • Responsible for tracking at store of the Commercial Marketing initiatives: visibility materials, VAP’s, brand advocacy, wall-base execution, menu listing, etc
  • Seeks for approvals and authorizations from store/bar managers, consolidates the paperwork, communicates advances internally for executions of point of sales material.
  • Coordinates transportation, reception, storage and implementation of visibility materials
  • Execute and track implementation of the defined outlet standards for the Mumbai.
  • Work closely with the Key Account Manager in Mumbai to build the plans for Must-win accounts delivering Halo accounts, execution, Wall Bays, Visibility materials, etc.

Needed

  • Work closely with RCMM Prestige City to input with the nuances of the Mumbai market while providing regular feedback on the effectiveness of the plans.
  • Build specific plans for building distribution with wholesalers and distributors for key brand to reach the region /state objectives.
  • Evaluate the return of investment (ROI) and effectiveness of the key activities providing input to the Customer Development and Commercial Marketing team.
  • Build the shopper understanding and drive the execution of the insight’s agenda for Mumbai
  • Conduct review meetings with Brand Ambassadors and provide performance updates to the region for necessary actions. 

 

Qualifications

  • Graduated in business/strategy/management. Postgraduate is a plus.
  • 2-3 Years of experience in commercial functions (sales, trade) in in Alcobev or relevant industries (FMCG)
  • Preferable experience in the on-premise business. Desirable in the Prestige / Luxury business
